2024 Spring Apparel Embroidery Campaign

General : 

Gelato offers its existing customers a time-limited promotional campaign specifically designed to grant its customers exclusive discounts on Apparel Embroidery for selected SKUs on orders destined for the United States and the United Kingdom. This limited-time offer aims to enhance our customers' product offerings by providing an attractive discount on our classic and premium sweatshirts, hoodies, and zip-hoodies. (the “Promotion”). 

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Promotion. TheTerms are subject to Gelato Terms of Service (“Gelato T&Cs”).  All capitalized terms in these Terms shall have the same meaning ascribed to them in Gelato T&Cs. In case of conflict, the Gelato T&C shall prevail. By participating in this Promotion, you agree to comply with these Terms. 

Eligibility : 

The Promotion applies solely to orders destined for the United Kingdom and the United States.

The benefit of this Promotion excludes any customers who already enjoy Gelato platinum discount(s) on Apparel embroidery. However, if a customer has a platinum discount on the apparel category but does not sell embroidery, the Promotion may apply, but the discounts may not be combined with any other discounts. 

Promotion Period: 

The Promotion starts on March 11th, 2024, at 08:00 UTC, and ends on April 7th, 2024, at 23:59 UTC, covering the Easter period (“Promotion Period”).

Eligible Products: 

The Promotion consists of discounts which shall apply to the following products purchased via Gelato’s platform during the Promotion Period:  classic and premium sweatshirts, hoodies, and zip-hoodies ("Eligible Products"). 

Discount: 

Participants will receive a 15% discount on the purchase price of Eligible Products as shown on the Gelato platform, excluding digitization, customization, and shipping costs (“Discount”). 

Limitations: 

The maximum discount available per order is capped at $22.50 USD. (or the equivalent in local currency, applicable to a total product value of up to $150 USD or equivalent before the discount is applied.)

The benefit of the Promotion is limited to a total number of 100 orders per customer. 

No Discount Stacking: 

The Promotion discount cannot be combined with any other discounts, including but not limited to the 50% off the first order, quantity discounts, or any other additional discounts (including Gelato platinum agreements).

How to Participate: 

To participate in the Promotion, click on the link you received by email to activate your discount. It will then apply to all eligible  orders. 

General Conditions: 

Gelato reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Promotion, or any part of it, for any reason, including if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Promoter's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion.

The company reserves the right to take appropriate measures to recover losses resulting from any abuse of thePromotion. This includes, but is not limited to, revoking the discount, canceling orders made in violation of these Terms and Conditions, and pursuing recovery of the full price of products purchased through such abuse.
